Why you’d want to live in Glendale

Glendale is close to several freeways which helps get you where you need to go in a jiffy – being close to both downtown Los Angeles and Burbank.  An abundance of activities are available for those that enjoy hiking, biking and organized sports.  Being family friendly with good schools, Glendale is a safe area for residents.  Glendale boasts a wonderful outdoor shopping mall – The Americana, which is adjacent to the Glendale Mall.  Both include lots of great restaurants and shops.  There are also several great breweries for a more informal dining experience.  Glendale is a great mix of city and suburban which should satisfy the needs of those looking for a faster pace of a city but with the feel of a tight-knit community.
