I am here to help you find your ideal home from the comfort of your current home.  Whether you are in the “gathering information” stage, beginning to actively search for a home or approaching your closing date, I have the tools and resources to assist you every step of the way. 

My goal is to provide you with a virtual experience that’s as close to the real thing as possible. 

Throughout the entire home buying process – from having your potential new home inspected to moving your belongings into your new home – Lynette Williams partnerships with top-notch service providers with COVID safety protocols will keep everyone safe.

The Virtual Home Buying Program combines my decades of experience with my constantly evolving and easy to use state-of-the-art technology.  This allows you to seamlessly purchase a home without ever having to leave the comfort of your home.  Fill out the form on the right side of this webpage to learn more about our virtual program and to schedule a virtual meeting to begin the process.


Using Zoom Conference technology, I meet with you to learn more about you and your home-buying goals.  I also take the time to thoroughly review the real estate market and how it may impact your home search.  This initial meeting allows us to gain clear insight as to the type of home you are looking for, to answer any questions you may have, and to set up a strategic plan to help you find a great home at the perfect price.

I will use my expertise and off-market property knowledge to locate and email you properties that match what we reviewed in your Home Buying Consultation.  I will also gain additional information for you to consider such as surveys, disclosures, and market statistics for any of the properties you love.  I strive to ensure that we are making the most efficient use of your time.


In addition to sending you high-quality virtual tours for those properties that have them, I will also go to the home on your behalf and show you every detail of the home virtually.  I use common video-sharing applications such as Zoom, Facetime, Google Hangouts and more.  It’s never been easier to explore every square inch of a property you love and I will answer any questions you may have during the virtual showing.


I utilize the latest in electronic signature technology, making it easy and effortless to review and sign any contracts, disclosures, and amendments during the offer and negotiation process.  I will also use a screen share service to thoroughly review any contracts and documents you have questions about.


Once I have an executed purchase contract, I will work with you to help wire funds for the Earnest Money Deposit to both the title company and the seller.  I also have mobile runners on standby to facilitate the delivery of the checks should a digital option not be available.


I have referrals for experienced home inspectors that have agreed to comply with any and all recommended CDC protocols to ensure the safety of the occupants currently living in the home.  After the inspection occurs, you will receive an in-depth report from the inspector’s findings.  At that time, I will schedule a virtual meeting with the home inspector so that I can learn more about the home and ask any questions that may come up from the home inspection.


A mobile notary will drive to your home to bring the closing documents to your doorstep.  Each mobile notary will also comply with the current CDC recommendations to ensure safety for all.  If you are paying cash, we can facilitate a virtual closing using a conferencing software and digital signature technology.


I will deliver any keys, garage door openers, etc. to your doorstep.  In addition, I will facilitate delivery of any checks or miscellaneous items that would need to go to the seller or title company.
